Vinification: manual selection of the grapes, destemming and draining of the must, fermentation at a controlled temperature for about 20 days
Refinement: in steel for 6 months and for another 2 months in the bottle
Tasting notes: straw yellow colour, floral and fruity on the nose with hints of broom and white flowers, with references to yellow peaches and mineral salts. Fresh and long, with a pleasant structure
Alcohol volume: 13% Vol.
